Model: 3024 DP (direct pressure)

The 3024 DP has been designed for applications when machine cost is critical but so is the quality of construction! The large 30" wide x 24" deep cabinet with separate dust collector can easily fit through any doorway.

Media Blast uses the same pressure pot on every CrystalBlast unit regardless of model. The 3024 DP includes the 40 - pound ASME certified pot complete with access port , pop-up pot valve and foot-operated abrasive control valve.

Simple to use valves are used for pressure pot control. Other standard features include the micro ID flexible whip abrasive hose, perforated work surface, abrasive flow control valve , foot operated blast control and the Vac-U-Clean abrasive separator reclaimer.

This unit is designed to operate using any customer supplied industrial shop vacuum. Operation is made possible with the addition of the Vac-U-Clean abrasive separator reclaimer. Cartridge style vacuums are best, or order the optional Media Blast 110 square foot cartridge vacuum dust collector complete with 150 cfm blower and silencer .

NOTE:
The above features are included on every CrystalBlast 3024 DP sandcarving machine. Additional Optional Features listed are available at additional cost. Any Option listed in Underlined Blue Italic is available as bolt on and can be added to house inventory prior to machine shipment. Other options listed are available but require custom machine work order and may increase machine delivery time.

3024 DP

The CrystalBlast 3024 DP is constructed for operation with  any customer supplied shop vacuum.

The 3024 DP is a floor standing unit with minimum machine footprint and easy machine installation. All 3024 DP's included the media saving vacuum abrasive separator reclaimer to prevent removal of any usable abrasive from the blast cabinet. Customer supplied shop vacuum is required for machine operation.
