Dust Collectors are the most asked for item when not purchasing a complete machine.
All dry type blast machines require dust collectors but not all dust collectors are created equal. We are listing three of the dust collectors used on CrystalBlast units in a configuration that permits a self-standing collector for operation on existing equipment. Because Media Blast normally uses the blast machine to support the dust collector, you will not see a dust storage hopper included on these units. Units that include dust storage hoppers are optional. These models are floor standing with dust storage inside the unit. Dust removal is accomplished using the dust storage drawer assembly that bolts onto the standard hopper location, 110 VAC (Exception). Any item listed in Underlined Blue Italic is available as bolt-on and can be added to house inventory prior to dust collector shipment. Other items listed are available but require custom machine work order and may increase machine delivery time. Most vacuum dust collectors offer lots of room for storage of wood, chips, and leaves with a small filter surface area. Media Blast offers the CrystalBlast 110 VAC to correct this condition.
The almost HEPA quality filter cartridge fills most of the chamber. Because the filter has 110 sq.ft. of filter surface area the collector can store lots of dust and not many leaves!
 Single cartridge with 220 square feet of almost HEPA filter surface. This unit includes a ¾-2 HP Class III Radial Blower with a rating of 550-1100 cfm @ 1" SP. Unit includes vibrator cleaning assembly (std) manual reverse pulse (optional)
 Dual cartridge with 440 square feet of almost HEPA filter surface. This unit includes a ¾-2 HP Class III Radial Blower standard with a rating of 700 cfm @ 1" SP. Unit includes vibrator cleaning assembly or manual reverse pulse (optional)
