Not all applications require a complete machine but they do require a cabinet with features permitting neat…clean machine operation. The MicroBlast machine includes all the features listed on the CrystalBlast and CrystalEtch machine less the air controls and abrasive delivery system.

Use any already existing abrasive delivery system, pressure or siphon, and the MicroBlast does the rest.

Many exclusive and patent pending features from the CrystalBlast machines are included on the MicroBlast machine. This makes it the most advanced system and the cleanest siphon system available in the market today!

Use the MicroBlast unit with any existing siphon or direct pressure delivery system including all pencil blasting units.

The MicroBlast includes a 550 cfm exhaust blower and exhaust blower silencer . This important feature prevents abrasive escape during operation... abrasive can’t transfer into the dust collector because the machine is equipped with pneumatic abrasive separator reclaimer that cleans the abrasive and keeps it inside the cabinet...The machine includes a door that doesn't drop abrasive on the floor when it’s opened... 110 square foot cartridge filter that is almost HEPA quality in filtration, .5 micron... dust collector cleaning cycle that operates while seated using the reverse pulse cleaning assembly... light located inside the cabinet that consists of a dust tight fluorescent fixture and cover... safety glass view window includes protector glass and the easy discharge slide gate assembly that permits draining of the collected abrasive for pot, siphon or pressure generator re-fill.
