Model: Navigator (direct pressure) Pass Through Panel Blast

Build the Navigator to fit your exact needs. The Navigator is a modular unit that permits the use of existing pressure pots and or dust collectors. Media Blast will review any customer-supplied items making sure these items will function properly when installed on the Navigator system.

In addition, the Navigator can be purchased as a complete machine package including dust collector, pressure abrasive generator and all controls needed for “TURN-KEY” machine installation.

The Navigator is available in three basic purchase plans, Modular Cabinet, Complete System and Upgraded System. Choose the unit best for your application or have Media Blast or an authorized dealer advise you on the system that is best for your application. The Navigator can be described as a crossover machine found in both sandcarving and sign making industries.

Please use the included standard features list, page 1, to view all standard features included with the Modular Cabinet. Additional features required for operation of the unit are listed at the right. Customer supplied items must meet the specifications listed.

All Navigator machines include the 6’ adjustable roller track.

This Modular machine purchase plan permits purchase of the cabinet only if you already have an existing pressure pot and or dust collector.

Pressure Pot with controls - maximum nozzle size 1/8" - customer supplied pot controls.
Dust Collector and Blower Assembly – 500-800 cfm capacity…Navigator operates with external static pressure of 5” SPWG for cabinet, air swept floor, abrasive duct and separator reclaimer…

All abrasive ducts are included, machine to separator and separator to collector. Customer must supply dust collector inlet, 8” diameter with 2 HP blower assembly.

COMPLETE SYSTEM - features		Included Items with Complete System
The Complete System includes all items required for TURN-KEY operation of the Navigator. All standard items included with the Modular Cabinet are included plus the items listed at the right. This gives you a complete system with the CrystalBlast 0.5 cubic foot pressure pot delivery system, dust collector complete with 2 hp low amperage 120 volt blower, 220 square feet of cartridge filter, blower silencer and all necessary operating controls. Everything needed for fast machine set-up and operation. Complete System includes 6’ adjustable roller track.		CrystalBlast 50-pound pressure pot assembly attached to the pneumatic conveyor abrasive storage hopper. Also included are pot control valves for media flow and pot reload, air regulator-filter-water trap, all control lines and the standard steel pot pop-up valve. This unit includes a low wear high pressure pot control valve for high pressure processing. 220 square foot cartridge filter dust collector with dust collector drawer, manual reverse pulse cleaning, roller wheels, silencer and 2 hp, 120-volt, single-phase, low amperage blower with manual starter controls.
