Model: Navigator (direct pressure)

The Navigator was designed to be a dual-purpose machine. Not only is the Navigator a clean operating pass-through panel carver for large parts but it also includes a pop-up work grate to permit smaller sandcarving jobs.

The Navigator includes a unique design, No-Hopper construction, producing a very large operating area with a low machine height. The Navigator uses an air-swept floor section that attaches to the pneumatic abrasive conveyor. This conveyor removes the abrasive from the cabinet automatically and stores the abrasive outside the machine. Place your pressure pot below or purchase the attached Media Blast pressure pot assembly. This is the same ASME pot used on all CrystalBlast machines.

The vertically adjustable roller track assembly is available in 3 sizes. Choose the size that best fits your application, 6’ standard, 8’ or 10’ optional…Raise and lower the track using the track location pins while moving the part horizontally producing the best possible working zone location for any large panel.

The Navigator is a different approach to an old problem, large panel processing with clean operation. Having the unit capable of replacing existing sandcarving units by being able to process any part makes the machine very versatile.

Because this machine is modular you purchase what you need. The standard features are listed below but you will need to also supply or purchase additional equipment for operation of the unit. Not all applications are the same and having the unit “Modular” insures you get the correct unit with the right features for your application, no mistakes…
