CrystalBlast Mobile is a direct pressure machine attached to its own portable storage cabinet “Work-Cart”. The direct pressure abrasive delivery system includes the CrystalBlast 40 pound capacity pressure pot assembly with easy-to-use pot controls. The cabinet is attached to the top of the mobile work cart for assured security.
Upon arrival, roll the machine to the desired site, open the storage side of the work cart, and access the tools and materials. It includes the flexible whip hose and micro nozzle permitting exact control of the abrasive that is essential when using smaller compact cabinets. The large, 40 pound pot assembly produces the stability needed during mobile transport by lowering the unit’s center of gravity.
The Mobile unit includes push-pull transport handles that can also be used to fasten the machine into the bed of any small pick-up truck or trailer using simple ratchet straps. Larger handle combinations are available to increase the top working surface area. A place to work and a place to store the goods all in one compact mobile unit…available in one simple to operate and simple to transport machine.

Create positives or negatives using a computer and a standard inkjet printer. Next, expose the printed artwork to RapidMask® Photo Resist Film using the Letralite UV Exposure Unit.
