CrystalBlast Pro is a cost effective, professional level sandcarver for all applications. The Pro utilizes a powerful 550 cfm dust collector blower and tubular dust collector bags with a disposable micro filter to create a clean working environment. It also contains a patented separator reclaimer to efficiently prevent abrasive loss during sandcarving using a 150 mesh grit or larger.
The Pro’s cabinet height, window location, window slope and padded armrest are designed to create an easily operated stand-up sandcarving machine. The dual door design also allows for easy access from both sides of the cabinet. The Pro is among the most popular, work-horse units in the CrystalBlast product line.

The RapidMask® Dry Processing System allows photo resist stencil production in minutes. Begin by generating artwork with AccuArt Water Resistant Inkjet Film. Create positives or negatives using a computer and a standard inkjet printer. Next, expose the printed artwork to RapidMask® Photo Resist Film using the Letralite UV Exposure Unit. This compact unit provides an 11″ x 14″ imaging area that exposes photo resist film quickly and uniformly. Finally, apply the RapidMask® stencil to substrate and sandcarve.
